The Plagiarists can only be accused of accomplishing everything. For there is very little that they have not laid claim to in one way or another. From the Bible to Heidi to Poe, the Plagiarists have worked their way through nearly all of Western art, “procreating”, as Whitler Pratphall, one of the prominent leaders of the “movement to end movements” likes to say.

-- from A Brief History of the Plagiarist Movement

Welcome to the companion website to The Brief History of the Plagiarist Movement. Both Peter and I continue to discover more and more fascinating works surrounding this “outsider” movement. We think you’ll find it just as darn interesting as we do. (And if you don’t, good luck on your further travels on the Web.)

If you want to know more about the Plagiarists, keep checking back here, because seriously, A.P. Orria is discovering new stuff all the time. And if you know of a Plagiarist we’ve somehow missed, please let us know. (You can e-mail us!)

We really hope you enjoy the site as much as we’ve enjoyed making it! If you want copies of The Brief History of the Plagiarist Movement or The Diary of Whitler Pratphall or, heck, any of the books, just let us know and we’ll try to send a copy along to you! (Right now we’re in a fix with our publishers, but we can’t really say much about it for legal reasons. Anyway, we have access to a photocopy machine, so maybe if you send us some money…ha ha… just kidding… no really…)

Best Wishes,

Monica Peck & Peter Max Lawrence
